Beijing Mashed Potato Pockets

Ingredients:

1 or 2 sweet potatoes

Instructions:

Purchase one or two baked sweet potatoes from a street side vendor selling them out of a trashcan oven.

Place the potato, or potatoes, in your pockets.

Board the Beijing subway.

Note: For lumpy mashed pocket potatoes, board at non-peak hours.

Exit a few stops later.

Viola! You have Beijing Mashed Potato Pockets!

Come to DC for 'Bullets and Mash'

Replace step 3 with 'Board DC Metro and disembark at Anacostia stop'.

Note: For extra-lead filled goodness, spend some time walking around when Metro is closed.

Sounds good! We can only dream of mass transit prepared food, but not o be left out, just last week I was treated to "scrambled egg surprise".
1. Invite people over for pancake dinner.
2. Go to FoodShitty and purchase eggs and milk. In attempt to save earth, put both in one bag.
3. Get behind crazy person, obviously lost and texting who will stop suddenly and unpredictably to stare at road signs and send another message.
4. Swear loudly to cover the crunching sound behind your seat.
5. Arrive home and unload car.
6. Open bag.

Serving suggestion:
Swear until local flora wilts and eggs are warm and fluffy.
